Service Description

Wasyati provides:

Secure digital legacy storage with Advanced High Security
Legal will templates compliant with Islamic and international laws
Trustee management and automated notifications
Vitality monitoring and smart alerts

Payments and Subscriptions

For Pro subscriptions:

Pro subscriptions are activated manually through WhatsApp contact
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase

Limitation of Liability

Wasyati is provided 'as is' without warranties. While we use Advanced High Security to protect your data, you remain responsible for maintaining your master password. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Wasyati after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
